We will replace the cost of shipping for the replacement process if the order is intact.

Non-Acceptable Returns:

Perishable items like food, fish, fruits, and certain magazines.

Products that have been tampered with, used, washed, or altered.

Slight variations in design, color, and pattern are part of handcrafted items and are not eligible for returns.

Inquiries about products should be made before finalizing the purchase.

Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for return. The customer will bear the cost of returning and resending such orders.

The original payment method will be followed. We will credit the required amount to your UPI or bank account.
