Shipping policy


Welcome to Polligram! We promise to deliver your wishlist to your doorstep. We have explained our shipping policy for your understanding.


Order Processing and Shipping

  1. Processing Time:

    • We process orders placed on www.polligram.in within 3 to 4 working days.

    • Once an order is processed, shipping generally takes 6 to 8 working days.

    • Our packaging process follows the latest industry standards to preserve the goodness throughout the delivery time.

  2. Shipping Partners:

    • All shipping and delivery activities are managed by our trusted partners across various cities in India.

    • Our products are primarily dispatched from Kolkata and parts of West Bengal.

  3. Delivery Time:

    • The average delivery time is 4 to 6 business days from the date of dispatch.

    • Addresses in tier 2 and tier 3 cities may experience a longer delivery time.

    • Please note that the time to deliver orders may vary due to unforeseen events.

  4. Delivery Attempts:

    • Our partners will attempt delivery up to three times.

    • Deliveries are made by our partners between 2:30 PM and 10:00 PM from Monday to Saturday.

    • We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

  5. Shipping Destination:

    • We are continuously expanding our delivery PIN codes.

    • We refund the order amount within three days if not delivered. We notify our customers via phone or email.


Address and Order Modifications

  1. Single Shipping Address:

    • One order can be shipped to one address only. Place separate orders to send items to multiple addresses.

  2. PO Box Addresses:

    • We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Your address must be accurate and complete.

  3. Change of Address:

    • Any changes to the address or phone number must be notified within 24 hours of placing the order.

    • Send changes to care@polligram.in from your registered email ID or via WhatsApp at +918100660067 from your registered mobile number.

    • Once an order is dispatched, address changes cannot be honored.

  4. Incorrect Address:

    • A customer will be held responsible if a wrong address is provided. He will have to bear the cost of returning and resending the order.


Order Cancellation and Return

  1. Cancellations:

    • Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled. Cancellation requests should be emailed to care@polligram.in from your registered email ID.

  2. Non-Delivery:

    • The package will be returned to the origin after three failed delivery attempts. Customers will have to bear the return and re-shipping costs. Refunds are not available for undelivered orders.

  3. Return Policy:

    • We do not accept returns once the package is opened and used. If the packaged items are damaged, please email us at care@polligram.in for resolution.


Refunds

  1. Out-of-Stock Items:

  • Items that are out of stock will be dispatched once fresh stock is available.

  1. Refund Process:

  • Refunds are initiated via bank transfer or to the source account within 7 business days.

  1. Order tracking

    • Order tracking details will be shared within 48 hours of order placement

    • Customers can track orders on our delivery partner’s portal.
